Fished Ash Trees yesterday for 2 hours, (5-7)
I had 2 pulls and one fish, a nice rainbow of about 1:12 on a red grub (like a thick buzzer)

Well done Trout. Good to see that some of those fish that went into Peg's have made their way down the lake a bit anyway ;D Are you out again over the weekend C.B P.S Went over to Woodford Lodge this morning to pick up my flybox and ran straight into the Lexus qualifier The place was alive

Thanks Blondie and to you over at Barrow. Just to throw the cat amongst the pigeons, I saw Dev's car at Woodford Bank, Chew this morning. That could well mean it's fishing as he is the first to know. No guarantees though Wherever you go have a good 'un C.B

By chance, i met Allrounder yesterday on the banks of the north shore. After a few casts along by Ash Trees, we both decided it was time for pegs to see if we could get our lines pulled there! A few fish started showing as the sun started to go down, and there was a big buzzer hatch, so on went the buzzers! I missed two takes, and wen i was on the bank changing fly, Allrounder had a fish on a black buzzer with red cheeks. During the next 20mins i had 2 more pulls, one of witch was a "wrap round" on my rod, but again i failed to conect with the fish. I have no idea why i didn't connect to any of the 4 or so pulls i had Ah well, back out there this evening
