I really fancy one of these lovely reels in a 8,what do you think?
I cant seem to find any details about how much they weigh,or if i would be wiser buying something else?

I have a couple of gold sovereign salmon reels and they suit me fine I have never had any problems with them.Not being large arbour you have no worries about the amount of backing you can get on them.With regards to the bling, when I visited the Hardy factory and I asked why gold they said it was the best coating for resisting corrosion.
