Hi
A few days ago I put a message on this forum berating my local Orvis shop for not getting back to me when i enquired about a fly vest.
Well, through this message I was contacted the day after by Orvis Customer Services offering to look into the matter and get the information i needed which they did. In addition i was given £10 discount on the vest. This has all been sorted in 2 days and although the shop didnt have my size it has been ordered and will be delivered to me next week, postage free.
I will always complain when i receive bad service but i think it is fair to tell others when you receive excellent service as in this case. They have certainly retained me as a customer.

I think it is only right that you tell a business when they have provided a good service, and to let then know when they havent so they can do something about it.
