Hi twopiece
I recently bought a WF5F TT in Orange from Ghillies Fly Shop (USA) via eBay (Username: bigfish_guide). I have only used it on a couple of occasions but it is a really nice line to cast and fish with. Berlin (Carl Hutchinson) recommended it to me, especially the Orange one.
I used Buy-it-now for $39+$10P&P, a total of £28.85 using PayPal. You may even find one a little cheaper if prepaired to wait. Delivery only took a week or so. Compaired with UK retail this seemed a very good deal.

Great lines. Recently improved by "J3" technology, which i think is the same coating used on SA lines (AST), which repels dirt and prolongs the life of the line. (i think the lines are made by SA ). The earlier TT lines cracked behind the head due to the thin runnning line meeting the thicker head, they also got dirty very quickly. Its a great river line for delicate presentations and roll casts beautifully too. It has a shooting head feel when you cast for distance, and goes a long way. Definitely one i could recommend.

I've always liked them and still rate it as my favourite line. It has the advantage of being able to present a fly at close range as it loads the rod with just a few yards out and then you can shoot a load of running line with a couple of false casts.
I was only tempted away from them because the Snowbee XS was almost in the same class and nearly £20 cheaper.

I like them. I have a copule of the normal ones and two of the Joan Wullf idiot proof two colour ones. They cast beautifully for me but as has benn said above probably aren't £20 better than a Snowbee XS.

Try the Sshoot, Slick stream its a very good floating line, it presents very well and is a good casting tool. For some time I have only used the Snowbee XS, but I have now been converted to the Slick Stream.

Hi Twopiece,
My floating line is really the only one I take a huge amount of trouble and expense over. I have fished Lee Wulff for years. They do as mentione above get dirty but they float so high compared t the competition and I always buy the whit line as bite detection is superb.
I ofetn nymph fish and boat parners on same patterns leader and flies do not experience the offers I do. I will always spend on a floater. My dad used to say spend money on good shoes and a hat, I will tell my son the same and add a quality floater to the list.

I have a #6 white floater. I've sometimes heard reviews of the TT lines which question their durability, but I've had mine for 3 seasons now and it is still going strong - no sign of cracking etc.. A good line for sure, if a little pricey. Matt

Can't join the fan club I'm afraid. I used one on an XP 5# and never liked the way it loaded the rod. It also didn't seem to like any overhang. I also didn't get on with the Snowbee XS (another very popular line) so I would advise ignoring my opinion.
