Beautiful fish Jan. The spring run seems to be very good all over this year.
Did you have to return them under C & R regulations?

i didnt have to, but i did anyway - they make your bag smell on the plane home and push you over the excess baggage limit ;D

Its ironic that some places specify you return them before June...then someone can catch the same fish in August and kill it......

I think malcolm thought that 3 days of unbroken sunshine and 20+degrees was pretty extreme and totally my fault! fortunately the locusts held off.

fabulous fish jan.still to break my springer duck.do i see seal damage on two of the fish.? jim thanks. malcolm was elsewhere fishing other pools - he thought that it looked like a seal nip - the bottom fish had marks on the other side too - must be quite a gauntlet to run at the estuary

i thought the top one woudl be about 9lb - bottom one might have made 10lb i guess
