Couple of hours chaseing fish at Manningford produced these 2 7lb'ers,stalked a 20 for two hours only to have it spit the chomper   when i sneezed!!Doh!! |

Hi Stalker,
The rod looks like a Sage xp? if im right what length, weight do u use for the stalking ?

Stylie,the rod is a G Loomis GL3 5WT(just bought from Alexb on this forum!)its a tad longer and heavier than I normally use-just trying it out!Usual gear ranges from a 7 ft 2/3 wt to a 8 ft 4 wt orvis TLS,super light with loads of power,i,m trying to find a s/h sage or orvis 2 wt,8 ft for this year! cheers
