HI all from the Capture. What do you mean SB, Chubby !!!!! Fighting fit, solid muscle, more like it!!! you know like me Nice fish but I hooked two of them at the same time and one broke the dropper off, i supose i was lucky that i didn't lose it, 45cms in length and a fantastic scrap, on a snipe and purple.

Beautiful fish, fat as a pig!!
Where was it caught?
If its a river fish, its obviously recovered well from spawning.

Hi rrw35. Yes it is a river fish, it was on the river Severn, I think he eat all the pies Its unusual to get them that big at this time of year. Feeding must be good in the river. This is the Matchstick ones i've been getting on the rivers..

Hi rrw35.
What river did you catch that fine specimen, not really the size that counts , it is if you enjoyed catching it.
I went with SB to a little lake I know in the mountains, the fish are that sort of size and bigger, but the sport you get of them is fantastic, they give there all.
