Went fishing at glenarrif yesterday and took this pic, shame is was so dull, but still a lovely pic dont yas think? posted a few more on my site. and yes i did catch a few while i was there nothing worth talking about tho lol

nice pic of a lovely river. do you get much out of it sean? what about the glendun?
i hear those rivers have a bad problem with netting though? and also prawners etc

Hey mate, the glenariff gets a small run of seatrout at teh very start and very end of the season, with the occasional salmon. and your 100% there is a really big problem with locals poaching it.another problem with it is the club doesnt look after it at all, they put all the money into the dun, which seems to be a better river, but ive yet to see a salmon taken out of it(heard stories of course lol) most people after salmon would yous the prawn there, as of you use anything else you get harrased by brownies lol.
