Ryan, TP was kind. I couldn't decide which was more surprising - the thought of you as a father or that he looks such a well behaved little chap ;D Charlie Yep, looks like butter would'nt melt... I don't have any photos of him drawing on the walls, breaking my £120 Oakley sunglasses, putting his hamster on a Scalextric car , or fighting with his older sister.

rrw, How did he find it? My little one is 4 and I thought him to young yet to take fishing but I would love to get him there if I could.

It was mild and dry, which always helps. A drink a packet of crisps helps keep the interest up. If you are catching, it certainly helps.

Thanks rrw, I might just have to go and pick him some gear up now That rod is an old G. Loomis GL3 6ft 6 for a 3 line, matched with an old Orvis reel and Cortland 444. I recommend you buy your son a Sage TXL..nice and light!
