My First for 2006

here is a picture of my first salmon for 2006. I was out yesterday for the first time on the river Drowes in Donegal.

What did you get it on? Is that the fast stretch below the Blackwater pool at lareen?

There may have been a few caught on the same day Angus.

Its looking good for springers this year. Spoke to a guy the other day who said the Finn was getting great runs at Killygordon, and the Lennon has produced 24 fish in 24 days fishing...the only way is up!

35, check out www.irishfisheries.com for all the updates. Was on the drowes yesterday with a few of my mates. Not a fish caught by any of us. Although i seen a few fish running.
