Bloody marvellous - how did you handle the wind? Hi Jeremy, the wind was not much of a problem, Phillip our guide always had us walking the flats with the wind at our backs and when we fished from the boat he always worked the wind and casting direction to assist us and keep him safe . I used a 9' 6" 6wt Loomis GLX for most of the week(it was my back up rod but once Phillip found out i had it he was all for using it, he likes a 6wt for Bones) and had no real problems with it. johnmac, they are built for speed, strip set the hook and hold on as you watch your backing shooting out

Hi jat, it was a trip to Belize 2 years ago that i first took and used a 6wt for Bones on the advice of a friend who had been there the year before. Worked great and i take it with me on every trip when looking for Bones
