Hmm, just used clubphoto.com to publish some pics on me hard drive.Quite a good result for the first time .Yipeee. A nice pool close to home. This is a lovely little stream holding wild golden browns and a few escapee rainbows. The rainbows are no bother, I used to think so but now I like them there, it is a nice change , especially when they become aware that someone is there to fool them. Now they are more wiley A little brown coming to hand from the run in the above photo. I remember this little beaut was fooled by one of many size#18 hares ear f-flies I like to tie. And here's C&R Cheers Hove

Excellent photographs, Hove.
Can I ask what camera you used? To date I have used a standard manual focus SLR for this kind of thing and all that entails with processing, printing etc. At some point I would like a digital camera, for use outdoors, at night (sea trout) and perhaps for close up macro photos of flies. I don't know much about them, though, and would appreciate any tips, advice or recommendations.

Hey John. The camera I used for them snaps is a little Cannon aps film.It cost about £100. Had the photos developed and then had them put on a picture disk, similar to the Kodac Picture disk but £4 quid cheaper and now(since yesturday) Just upload them to somewhere that lets me for free. Id like a digi though, especially one of those flat looking Sony digicams. They take real good pics as well as top notch footage. Can't really reccomend much as ive not up to date with all those things. I think Rufus is selling a Nice digi cam for about 150 nicker in the Classifieds?? Well worth the look Cheers Hove

Thanks, Hove. I still have a way to go and a bit more research into digital photography before taking the plunge. At the moment I normally scan from prints. For £100 your Canon is excellent. I love your enchanted stream. You have quite an eye for a picture.
Cheers, John

That stream looks exactly like the streams I used to fished in shropshire/welsh boarder.
Really brought back memories.
