Saw your message regarding the new forum. Would you assure me (and others) that the level of moderation on the new forum will remain the same and you will continue to be the only moderator?

Think it was updated yesterday. It is pinned to the top of the board.

"The aim is to have the forums running on our own server, giving us the opportunity to back up files etc. and run the forums with a more generic form of data storage - so if we have to change the system again in the future (heaven forbid), we'll be able to transfer all data.
There are down sides - users will have to register again and we might not be able to transfer previous threads - but on a positive note: .... " (Highlighting above mine.)
In reverse order: he can't transfer threads ... save for 'cut and paste' to a new host server. If Invicta 'owns the host server' he can do (almost) anything he wants.

Yes - I can confirm that the moderation policy on the new forum will not be changed from how it is now. In some respects hosting the forums on our own server will allow me to be a bit more relaxed about moderation - I won't have to be quite as worried as I have been at times recently about violating the terms of ProBoards which could have led to the forums being shut down. That said, I still reserve the right to pull messages similar to those that have clearly stepped over the mark in recent times. But rest assured - there will be no changes to overall way the forums are managed. Cheers, Invicta
