Do not know if this is definitive pattern but I have it as
Hook: 14-12 Thread: black Tag: Three turns of orange silk Body: thinly ribbed Peacock herl Rib: fine gold wire Hackle: well grizzled bright blue cock palmered

The only difference from Highlander's is that the hackle is not grizzled blue but iron blue and the tag is gold wireand the main thread orange, otherwise it is identical Mine is from John Robert's River Trout Flies Either will work.
