Hello
Does anyone know where could I buy Hayabusa hooks in big amounts ?
Is there any local dealer in Europe ? I wrote an email directly to the company in Japan long weeks ago but they have not answered till now.
Cheers Michal

The best bet in the UK is Fulling Mill. All of their Scorpion Hooks are re-packaged Hayabusas. They sell them in bulk for £27.50 per thousand plus VAT.
Another good bet is Stenzel Fly-fishing in Germany. they are more expensive at around 60 Euros per thousand but Stenzel mainly stocks the black nickel versions which can be difficult to get in the UK.

But do Fulling Mill sell to mere mortals? I thought they only sold to the "Trade"

But do Fulling Mill sell to mere mortals? I thought they only sold to the "Trade" I assumed that amk was in the trade and would have no problem opening an account. If you are not in the trade and you are looking for 1000 hooks of the same type and size, I'd suggest it's worth chancing your arm and phoning them up. Troutbum

The 761 is the Scorpion Competition Heavyweight (31530). Not sure about the 384 but the Scorpion Super-Heavy Grub (31165) is the Hayabusa 387.
