Any good suggestions for where to buy empty dubbing dispensers?

You could use those weekly pill dispensers after you drill a hole in the bottom to pull the dubbing out. The commerial ones are not really much different.

I use a betterware 30 day pill dispenser with holes drilled - £4.99.

Any good suggestions for where to buy empty dubbing dispensers? Just buy a cheap clear plastic compartment type flybox, and drill holes in the bottom of each compartment.

i use a pill box with 28 compartments in, each one drilled with a hole. Cost 99 pence from a pound shop...

99p from a pound shop. Tell them to change the name.
I've also had plenty of good boxes from my local pound shops but a bit more expensive than yours at £1.
