Hi all!
I was wondering about the Greys streamflex 10' #5. I am thinking about a rod in this category to serve two purposes: winter grayling bugging and loch style wets on lakes such as Ullswater. Any thoughts on the suitability/performance of this rod for these applications? Any good alternatives of similar price (preferably less!)?
Many thanks Matt.

Hi Edenangler. The streamflex would be spot on for what you want, I had one of the first ones out,a very good rod, cork on the handle could be better, on thing that really did suprise me was how well it cast a lovely line, very good loop control, for such a long rod. I can really recomend it

Thanks Sage.
Any idea how much I should be looking to pay? They seem to retail about £199, but probably available for less?

Hi Edenangler.
Yes I have seen them for £199, I must admit I havn't seen any body selling them cheaper, but I havn't looked .
As I say nice rod, looks very much like a Sage SLT in the way it is finished, I had mine direct from Hardy/Greys.
Hope this is some help
