Good idea. My input: a fleece in navy or green with a leaping Trout & Fly Fishing Forum in a 1/4 circle below Tight Lines PS A Brown Trout not one of those slimy Rainbows & the Fly?...... Why a Invicta of course

My preferred colour scheme for the hat and t-shirt is battleship grey (why do fishermen insist on wearing green? Surely the fish see your silhouette against the sky, meaning green stands out like a sore thumb) with burgundy, brown or green art work. Because, unless you're standing on the banks for all to see in some stocked lake or loch, you're supposed to be blending into the greenery around you. What if there isn't any? i.e. In a boat in the middle of a big water, surrounded by nuffink but fresh air and sky? And even if there was greenery around you, I'd rather be spotted by the other anglers than the fish. I think the only time that camo type gear is necessary is when you're fishing overgrown stretches of water where the fish might see your silhouette against trees. Due to the fishes' method of site, you'd have to be standing directly over them for this to happen. It does happen, but not very often.

Hi there, I don't want to confuse matters, but I have seen a couple of other sites/forums sell merchandise via this site: www.cafepress.com/cp/info/The joy of this system is that everyone is produced as a one-off, to order - so someone could choose a cap, whilst someone else buys a t-shirt. No problem from me if anyone wanted to set up an account selling items for forum users. Cheers, Invicta

I use a personal cloaking device, which renders my boat invisible ;-)

I just don't want to be confused with a sad "Trour Fisherman" badge wearing loser. Trour Fisherman?! The other day while you were agreeing with Mr Boote on yet another thread, you were all for everyone getting in to fly fishing. Now you are ridiculing people who choose to enter Trout Fisherman competitions? If you don't like the idea then keep your nose out the thread, it's a perfectly simple concept. Chris, you can borrow my gun if you want!

There have been a couple of forum members who have offered to get some prices so I hope we can get some prices for the shirts over the next week or so.
There's also been an offer for a logo to go alongside the words Fly Fishing Forum which is greatly appreciated.
I'll keep you updated when I get more information.
