mark is spot on, b'heart please keep em coming - i'm new to tying and these simple ties are a really useful guide for me. i'll try this spider tonight after work.

Thanks from me too, - brings back memories as it was the first fly I was taught to tie, by an old boy who had all his flytying kit in the garden shed in Burnbank. He was a friend of my grand father, and a real gent. Ian lothian - RIP, and thanks!
