Cheers braveheart, the wedding video may have to meet the scissors now ..............I've been looking for a tidy black buzzer to tie and you may have solved the problem.
I'm surprised though that it would beat the Spanflex Buzzer ( mark 1 or mark 2 ) but will take your word for it ........
No epoxy to protect the fly ?

Over the years, for me at least, it has consistently out-fished all other buzzers in my arsenal. With the exception of one other pattern of my own, which I may or may not divulge, although bribery might work ;D It's quick and cheap to tie and it has caught me countless fish, so I never saw a need to "complicate" the pattern by adding epoxy, or cheeks or anything else. That's not to stop you of course

I started using video tape on some of my buzzers not so long ago. Not like this though. I use it as a thorax cover over a thorax of wound holographic tinsel.
