I live less than 100yds from the Mimram in near Tewin and am not sure which stretch is owned by this syndicate, but I suspect it is one that used to be day ticket.
Try calling Old Hatfield Angling Centre as I think they used to run the day ticket stretch 01707 271247 .
There is also another more costly syndicate closer to Hertford that a friend of mine has joined.
I'm not a trout river angler myself and the section nearest to me is completely fishless - I've walked up and down and through it for the last 15 years ! I saw a few stocked rainbows once and also a couple of pike but that's it.
