How You have managed to get this sorted, Chris, is beyond me, perhaps this isn't go down well with Blagdon regulars?. Oh well who are they to argue with such a large group .

Just a quick observation: Look at the locals (Countryboy and Dipper)choosing to Boat fish, rather than the bank... Do you know something that the rest of us don't? ;D.

I will definatily be there saterday, and maybe sunday, and if i get a season ticket, then i will be there all 3 days without a doubt.

As for electric motors, get rowing you bunch of pansies ;D

Have you looked into campsites yet , ive done a quick search ,nearest I can find is near priddy about a 10 minute drive , incidentily the pub at priddy is superb ,good beer ,good simple fodder and three open fires to get your socks steaming at the end of the day ;D

I will be there for all three days and although I would much prefer to fish from the bank on each day, I'm prepared to be flexible over the boat fishing bit.

If you don't have enough take up for the boats or have an odd number then let me know.

Also bear in mind for the bank fishing day that Chew is just down the road and usually if the bank at Blagdon isn't fishing then the bank at Chew usually is. I'm sure the locals among us will be posting reports from the start of the new season so a pattern will soon emerge.

So .... just let me know how much you need and by when and I'll get the cheque across you.

It will be a case of sorting your own engines out if you want them.

You can hire them - I'll try and find details somewhere unless anyone knows how you go about it?

Hi Chris,

It looks like i have now notched up enough brownie points with my nappie changing skills to warrant a weekend away.

So count me in for all 3 days.

And im planning on driving myself so i won't be blagging a lift.

Also i will be bank fishing on all days so no need to worry about your ears

I am a definate for this.
I would like to Boat fishing on the Friday (have never fished in a boat before so it would be handy to be partnered with somebody who a) knows what they are doing and b) doesn't mind being pierced with my fly/flies in the ear/eye etc.
Bank fishing on Saturday
Will probably slip away early on Sunday so don't worry about this.
