Does it really take 2.5 hours and a £70ish return ticket to get to Birmingham from London?
Make taking the car very reasonable!!

I travelled for 2hrs from Wales to Birmingham. Then I caught the London train to get off at B'ham international for the NEC. As the train pulled out of the station they announced ' Welcome to the London train calling at Nuneaton and Rugby' I had caught a diverted train! I eventually arrived at the NEC 2 hrs later in time to see the Steve Rajeffe demo. Awesome.

PS Remember to put the carparking cost of about £13 into the equation.

Further to a conversation I had with Chris - Why should people pay to go to a fishing tackle marketing exercise? After all they are trying to flog stuff to us, why should we pay for the privilege?

I really want to go, but does it really warrant the £250 cost of flying over then the 1-2 hour trip down from Manchester? Anyone fancy sponsering me to come over and represent the British voice on Norway fishing
