New Shop for Rodmaking and Cane

Hi all,

Just to let you now there is a new shop starting up selling some bamboo rods, wooden nets, reels and rodmaking blanks and accessories.

We are suppliers of Arcane (Golden Witch) and American Tackle Company components aswell as bamboo rods from Headwaters (US) and beautiful Nets from Canada.

I started this little venture to make rodmaking and cane rods more accessible to the UK, now have no time to learn how to make rods myself !

Its a good looking site Pat. It could maybe benefit from a wider selection of blanks and components, but it's nice to see stuff thats not thousands of miles away

It also occured to me that selling rod building bits is quite brave when you don't know how to build rods, maybe time to learn

I'm hoping to be able to expand my range once I'm up and going (the budget was only so big) so the more you buy the bigger the range wil become
Brave or daft, I'm not quite sure ! I have restored a few bamboo rods quite effectively so I'm not a complete virgin and I'd love to be concentrating on learning and honing rodmaking skills, but this website seems to have become my new hobby instead !

Yes to both,

I believe I am the only supplier on this side if the pond and yes I can order any of their stock.

My current range is really limited by my budget and I hope to expand it as time goes by.
