is their anyone who makes a 13ft 7-9 Salmon Double Handed 7 Piece Travel rod blank ?? It would be difficult to set up a 7 piece double handed rod of 13 ft if all the pieces were the same length, simply due to the length of the cork handle. Even if you used a relatively short handle of 25 inches, you would still need another 3 inches above that for the ferrule, giving a section length of 28 inches. A six piece blank consisting of 28 inch sections will give you a rod of about 13 feet when assembled allowing for ferrule length. As suggested, contact B&W, they could provide a blank based on the 13 feet Norway Speycaster.

Regarding the handle section, you could spigot the lower handle to slot into the reel fitting. This would then allow you to have seven pieces plus the lower handle.
