My wife has been suspended from work , for an alligation of assult two weeks ago,She supposebly pushed another member of staff and shouted at them, while they were in her production unit. Now this person was not authorised to be there and was wealding a knife trying to cut the top off a milk carton, not only could she have injured herself aswell as others ,she was breaking loads of health and hygiene rules,on top of that she refused an order to leave by a senior member of staff "my wife"Now this has cropped after the women apologised to my wife and gave her a hug.It seems rather odd that my wife had a row with the unit manager whom has just taken charge, and i know he does not to like anyone who disagrees with him or doesnt jump when they are told.So its time for me to F**k some lives up, 13 years of hard work and an a**hole dumps it down the drain.Theyve picked on the wrong mother***ker this time, i will watch there lives fall apart bit by bit >:(and enjoy every minute of it Sorry had to blow off steam ;D

Note the fall in crime Cothi, thats all i'm saying.... Dumpy, Get your wife to speak to the union and/or appoint a solicitor who specialises in these matters to represent her. If she wants to "f**k up" the unit manager, make a counter allegation that he touched her inappropriately. Should have him shitting himself.

Do yourself and any case she might have a favor, Dumpy. Delete this rant and make sure it's your last one.
There are a couple of pieces missing here. First, you say your wife was "suspended from work." Suspended isn't sacked. Is she suspended with or without pay?
If she was suspended with pay as part of the company's normal incident investigation process then I think you should just wait and see. It may turn out that you get your revenge by watching the supervisor shoot himself in the foot with an obviously trumped-up case.
Whatever you do, don't harm any case you might have by going off half-cocked. It's a raw deal, but curse-filled rants won't help things and in fact, they could hurt.

I would firstly calm yourself down. Then go as soon as poss. to see your MP and ask for advice, don't let his/her agent fob you off - demand to see him/her, as is your right. Then go with the MPs advice and ask for his/her help....probably mean seeking legal advice and seeking a resolution through an industrial tribunal.
Keep calm and use your MP.

I would respectfully suggest that you leave your MP out of it. He/ she will not wish to intervene. Union is the only way to go at this stage, and as Grouse suggests, stay calm.

Re MP - They may not intervene but can give you a fast-track to the best advice and course of action. People don't use them enough.

Well guys the union are on to it, ."I WONT GO OFF HALF COCKED" Fred I'm buying my time,The union feel very suspicious of whats occurring, due to the fact that they are making redundancies soon. The so called case was dropped within hours of the complaint two weeks ago, and now its resurfaced.At-least the wife gets a holiday without loads of phone calls from work for a few weeks.on full pay.Thirteen years of bloody hard work and sacrifice, for them to treat her like a criminal, while the accuser isn't even disciplined or suspended for breaking company and health and safety rules .

If I pushed and shouted at people at my work I would be suspended instantly. Not only that, but every member of staff would know that I have failed in my job. Managers who succeed through pushing and shouting shouldn't be in their job.
However, I know nothing about your wife's situation case and I hope things all work out for the best. Good luck.
