Halliford Mere is the closest. It is the only catch & release nearby. Along with Rainbows and browns the odd pike and perch take a fly as well. Details at www.hallifordmere.co.uk/The other Albury Estate fisheries are all in Albury near Guilford - about 30 minutes drive from Cherstey. Andy,
I drive, don't drink and am left handed. If you can get to Temple Meads I can do you a day's river grayling or a boat on Blagdon come September, provided you give me look at Vincent O'sullivans killer fly......

Jon , fraid the season has swished away ,have to set up the day on Blagdon next year ,maybe tie up with Robin and I know the cocktail cabinet wants to go to Blagdon again .

Sounding good ,except wheres Vincie boys flys ,cant even find the grayling box at the moment still theres months to go .
