Sorry if this has been asked before, but I am new in here.
I found a blob lakeside, which was a Coral / Pink colour, and it works a treat. Anyone know where to purchase the best blob material (and hopefully some of this pink variety).
Cheers chaps.

Johnboy,
I recommend UV Fritz from Yorkshire Game Angling or Turbo Chenille from Sportfish. In order that the chenille does not mask the hook point you would be well advised to tie your blobs on wide gape hooks such as the Partridge Big Mouth Nymph or similar.
Regards,
Mugsy

Hello Johnboy1 I know it probably goes against all ethics but i tend to get most of my materials from hobbycraft.Dont know if you have a store near you but they stock one hell of a range and its usually alot cheaper than mail order + you get the goods there and then. They also sell marabou in metre long 'ropes'.Far better than feathers and also fritz chennile in some awesome colours. i use it for all blobs etc and they also do some funky threads and tinsels, some of which you will never find elsewhere. Also, the missus also loves it cos she goes too. Doesnt matter that you dont buy her nothin.

Thanks for your responses. I will try some of the above links etc.
Hobbycraft have just opened a store near me, but I have not been in yet. Will go with the wife for a look round.

I'd go along with Keniom, Celtic Flycraft is really good.
