Or Mothballs to most.
Anyone know where I can buy these or Napthalene crystals in bulk. Found a beetle/bug in a cape, so I want to re-bag and treat as quickly as possible. The affected cape and its neighbours are currently in the freezer. Mrs Goose is not happy!

Thanks guys. I'll try Lakeland. It'll give me an excuse to get some other bits and bobs.

My friend who works at Manchester University in the Entomology department uses Vapona cut up, Paradichlorbenzene Crystals are seen as low-tech. He has several hundreds of thousands of moths and butterflies to protect, not just your odd packet of feathers. May be worth a look if you are caught short at a weekend.

Fly killer. You can get one like the glueless car window sticker, looks like a sunflower on the window, guess if you cut these up it would work.

I thought the Vapona that comes in a block doesn't contain dichlorvos, so you buy it at Tesco and cut it up.
