Anyone fished up at Rescobie recently, I'm up there on Saturday - any recent info appreciated. Usually do well with buzzers/bloodworm but I heard that it's another water that's struggled at the start of the season.
Cheers

Fished Rescobie on Saturday and had a great day. Slow start with more sunbathing than catching fish. Finally the cloud cover came over about lunchtime and the fish came on the take. Loads of sand martins taking buzzers of the top of the water but no fish showing so fished an intermediate down the bank on the left as you leave the jetty. Got a couple of nice browns about 1 1/2lb each on a black pennel and then caught a further dozen rainbows to about 6lb on black pennel, bibio, kate mclaren and .........orange fritz. Fish were in great condition and I was down to the backing with a few of them. Well worth a visit just now if you're in the area.
