thanks guys im off to foremark 2morrow(friday),any advice on flies would be gratefully recieved and where to fish (pics of flies would be ace ,as still a newbie) dennis

hi del. if you read my write up on foremark from last sunday you wont go far wrong ;D just ask at the office there very helpfull 8-)i hope you have as much luck as i did tight lines maty

Or you could try Willington Lake (intersection of A38 and A50). I was there today with a client and we had a ball... Fish rising ALL day to hawthornes and lake olives. Superb dry fly (fun) fishing with cracking fish to 3.5lbs... JT

del try buzzers and diawl bachs. head for flamingo bay. lures also working well. john

flamingo bay is not too deep so 9 ft leader is fine. fish 3 flies spaced 3 ft apart. if using a bung fish diawl back on first dropper then diawl or smallish buzzer on second dropper. on the point put a large buzzer. you will find that the point buzzer will drag on bottom and weed but this is ok as they will go for the top usually. the biggest concern when you reach the bay is take a few minutes to look at the way the wind is moving. you will struggle if the wind is in your face so chose the bank where it comes over your back.try and fish from 10 to 20 yards out. john
