What about ... Niche, Lathkill, YGA, Lakeland, fishtec etc etc etc.
You are asking people to vote on who you have used, hardly constitutes a fair poll does it.
An answer is only as good as the question.

How many choices can you have on a poll ?

Why have the poll in the first place if you can't give all the choices. It would have been better if you had simply asked people to say who has given constantly good service, or as an alternative do a search. The question has been asked 100's of times BTW, Sportfish for me ;D

Rutland Fishing, Lakeland, flybuyer and cookshill missing !!!!!
Not sure that you can actually vote for Sportfish as they are one of the most expensive retailers even though service is good from them, the poll was actually for "Which one stands out from the rest for price and service"

For tackle mail order, Sportfish is second to none.
Next day delivery to N.I and only charged £1.50 for small items.
Not the cheapest, but exceptional service.

I too have to go for Sportfish with John Norris a close second. For years they have been giving good service to anglers. But even they on occasion let people down but I would hazard a guess very rarely. I myself have only been let down once & even then they sent the offending article FOC so kudos to them. There are others of course that are every bit as good but for consistency I go with these two as my favourites. Tight Lines

Sportfish are undeniably excellent and get my vote every time.
However, for fly tying materials Lakeland take some beating!

I've recently used Tree Meadow Trout Fishery for a Greys Wading jacket, a vision Koma reel with spare spool, and two greys platinum lines. Fantastic price, and great service. Top marks.
