Chris Tarrant gets the bird
Britain's tabloids have been running stories
about asylum seekers cooking swans. Perhaps
they should also be directing their wrath at
TV and radio legend Chris Tarrant.
According to Tarrant legend, the young Chris
was thrown out of Birmingham university for
stealing a swan from the university's lake
and cooking it in the communal oven. The
swan was too big for the oven, and the burning
smell reached the nostrils of security who
caught him and threw him out.
