Problem with the iron on printer logos is that after putting them in the wash twice they start to peel off. The only way to combat that is to not put them in the wash and after wearing the same shirt for 2 years without washing it, it begins to stink, even after a liberal spray of deoderant (not from past experience you understand ) A nice embroidered logo would be nice - let's get some prices for the shirts themselves - the Columbia shirts are very nice. We then obviously need to work out a colour. I have three suggestions - Black, Olive and White. Black - would compliment a white logo nicely but would possibly be a bit hot in the sun. Olive - what colour logo when you use olive?! White - gets dirty easily....

"A nice embroidered logo would be nice " "would compliment a white logo nicely" "what colour logo when you use olive?" "oh dear. we are starting to sound a wee bit girly!" ;D I think it's "nice" that us men know soo much about colour co-ordination. Just remember. Blue and Green should never be seen Count me in. Would vote for a shirt.

Count me in for a fleece or shirt, what about people design a logo and post it on here and we have a vote for the best one?

The textile transfer kits are pretty crap in my experience. Problem with the iron on printer logos is that after putting them in the wash twice they start to peel off. The only way to combat that is to not put them in the wash and after wearing the same shirt for 2 years without washing it, it begins to stink, even after a liberal spray of deoderant (not from past experience you understand ) ....... Well there you go, I did say I hadn't used the things. So that's out! But then again I've heard the "Lynx Effect" can counter anything! Separate embroidered badge then?

Can just see Chris at the next tinker camp with his Star Trek t-shirt, Dungeons and Dragons Cap and FFF embroidered blazer badge.
Can we also please think of the Yanks and have a 'Desert Storm' theme bandana.

I like the idea of a badge, then you can put it on your vest, t-shirt or whatever.
Unfortunately though I can't sew, so one of you metrosexuals who are discussing colour co-ordination will have to do that for me! :-)
Also if we get a logo developed, maybe we could make car stickers too! I can just see Willie Gunns Range Rover with an FFF sticker on the back!
