Jim, That's great. As we both work for a distiller I'm sure we'll be able to supply a dram for everyone as I would imagine it could be chilly.

T.P. the fishing is a given, with such a gathering of Scottish talent what chance do the fish have? However the culinary needs of such a band needs careful consideration, I mean how much chilli to add to get just the right heat compared to the ratio of corriander to ginger, These items are paramount to the success of such a day. Well i,ve considered lunch who,s for bacon rolls and coffee for breakfast gentlemen? By the way Daver has offered to collect any of our southern friends from the airport and we will arrange tackle to suit interested T.P. ? jim

Guys.
I'm going to have to graciously bow out of this one.
I'm hoping to leave my current job in the next couple of months and as my employer pays your wages in advance, I'm going to need to keep all of my holidays to cash them in when I leave to cover any shortfall in earnings that month.
Tight lines to one and all! ;D

Aye right! I've got heartburn thinking about it! Only joking, Jim. I'm gutted I can't go. I've never fished for grayling before and this would've been a good chance to put faces to names. That said, if all goes well, by the summer I'll be in a job that affords me plenty of time off to go fishing and I can meet up with you midweek sometime to wet a line somewhere else. I'll even try your chilli.
