Is Craig Cowan still fishing for the Leven Flycasters? I see from Simmo's post above that Stuart (Bart) is. Apart from DC who else fishes for the team now?

lo all, good comp was had by all, leven worked very very hard and they deserved it. We finished 4th and I finished 5th overall could not get that last fish, we were according to the results 3lb short fo a medal, but they had got one of out guys weights wrong way round not that it mattered but we would have been a pound short instead . The full Team of Leven flycasters is Francie Jarrett, Wullie Telford, Craig Cowan, Colin Smith, David Chalmers and big Bart. Well River, Loch internationals, Anglian and the TFEO, 5 golds for Scotland hip hip hooray, roll on next year Well done to John Marshall and team as usual excellent performance, top but hard fishing. Over the 2 days I had 5 double hook ups and landed 5 fish Cheers Dave

Well done to Peter Auchterlonie, two bag ups and came third, only 3 ounces behind eventual individual winner Graham Pearson. I believe the second placed guy was also a Scot. ;D ;D ;D

Well done Daver. If you're in next years autumn International then I'll see you there!
Good to hear Craig is still with the Leven Flycasters. We met about 3 years ago at one of the International Finals and stayed at the same B&B as the Leven boys. Great bunch of lads, everyone of them, and great company. I believe it was the last competition Jock Hodge fished with the lads before he sadly passed away. Didn't know Francie fished for them now. A very strong team and certainly worthy winners. Well done boys!

Also well done to the Belgian guy, who had the other double bag up

Well done to Leven - they bloody deserved it. Those boys were there from last Wednesday and I was sitting on the same table as them for the presentation night. You could just see how much it meant to those lads, and I don't think anybody would begrudge them this win. It was a fantastic performance.
The comp was run extremely well and it had a fantastic atmosphere. I had a lovely couple of days - actually finished 12th individual which I was delighted with given the quality of anglers out there - and fished with two great partners. I haven't enjoyed a comp like that for years. Back in work today, and it is hard going! Well done to the Welsh lads as well who finished in 3rd - Russ (Owen) put in a big performance backed up by the other lads and it was nice to see some Welsh in the placings! Very good comp - Scots top, English second, Welsh third - good balance.
Will do everything in my power to get the team back there next year! Well done again to Leven - they are some outfit.
